Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez, a Cuban/American TV arbitrator who works for Caso Cerrado, is the anchor of Ana Polo Rules. Born in Havana Cuba Ana moved to Miami when she was just 2 years old accompanied with her parents. Ana Maria Polo was born in Habana in Cuba. She is currently the host of the Telemundo Show "Caso Cerrado" which is an Spanish programming on television which has been nominated for the Daytime Entertainment Emmy Award. In 2015, she was also named the best Spanish-language program at 4pm, for important demonstrations. Polo was born on the 11th, 1959, in Havana Cuba and graduated from Florida International University in Political Science. She then earned the PhD in law at The University of Miami. For 20 years, Polo practiced in Miami. Following that, she received the PhD in Law from University of Miami. University of Miami. Polo first made her appearance on TV in 2001 with Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. She also participated in courts shows which tapped into her expertise. Literature Works and Accolades 1958 novel Los Hijos Muertos won her both the Critic Prize and the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute fled Spain to the United States 1960. Polo also a breast cancer patient and patient who has survived the disease frequently speaks out about the cause she is fighting. She's always been a vocal advocate on behalf of LGBT concerns. She has been in the Florida Bar since 1987, and has graduated in law from University of Miami School of Law.
